Pimple and blackhead reducing cream for mild to moderate acne. It works by reducing sebum production, thus reducing the appearance of spots. It contains microencapsulated salicylic acid , which has a direct anti-acne, antimicrobial, and keratolytic effect (dissolving the plugs that cause spots) . Salicylic acid is able to reduce blackheads and spots . The final appearance of the skin is smooth and matte.
