HOW TO USE
Take 1-2 tablets a day with liquid or herbal tea,
at night before going to bed.

APOTHECARY'S ADVICE:
In a normal case of constipation without additional problems, taking one capsule at night is enough to go to the bathroom the next morning. It doesn't cause cramps.
WARNINGS
Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet. Consult a healthcare professional for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Not recommended for nonspecific abdominal pain, intestinal obstruction or inflammation, irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease. Discontinue use if diarrhea or watery stools occur. Not recommended for children under 15 years of age.
