INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Apply evenly and generously 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every two hours, especially after swimming, towel drying, or excessive sweating. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

The amount of product you use is key to properly protecting yourself.
